Ulvsborg Historisk Værksted

ULVSBORG HISTORISK VÆRKSTED
Ulvsborg Medieval Centre - a reconstructed fortified nobleman's manor from the 11th century in Odsherred, Denmark. Go 800 years back in time to the year 1154 during the reign of the lenient King Sven III.

At Ulvsborg Medieval Centre at the nobleman's manor the visitors can follow the traces of the past and meet the lord of the manor, the monk, the craftsmen or the slaves and talk to them about the political situation of the day, new skills, everyday life in the countryside and the different groups of society.

During the summer holidays visitors may try to be "slave for a day", sleep over in a medieval shelter or spend a family holiday in the Middle Ages.

Ulvsborg is a family-friendly cultural institution that is reconstructing and bringing alive Denmark during the upheaval between Viking and Medieval times (1050-1250 AD).
